The KC Group have partnered with an established Birmingham based Maintenance Company who are recruiting for a General Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

The role is based onsite and the hours for the role are 8:30-5pm Monday- Thursday and 8:30- 4pm Friday with up to 2 days hybrid working available.

As General Administrator, your day will be varied, providing assistance to a number of departments Including Finance, Operations, Commissioning, Preconstruction and General Office Administration.
To be considered for the General Administrator role:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office systems, especially Word and Excel
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident decision making.
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritise and organise work schedules.

Key duties and responsibilities of the General Administrator role:

  • Log and record queries from suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Assist in chasing any internal or external queries.
  • Assist with compiling company and project statistics.
  • Monitor PPE records.
  • Maintain physical and digital employee records.
  • Ensuring of up-to-date memberships with Company benefit packages
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Assist in social media, presentations, and news bulletins.
  • Upload any compliance documentation.
  • Schedule in-house and external meetings.
  • Manage and order office supplies, book travel arrangements,
  • Responsible for accurate data Input Including financial data, project data, commercial data, or personnel data.
  • Ad-hoc admin duties as and when required.
