We are currently recruiting for a Bid Writer to join our popular client based on the outskirts of Birmingham. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits on a permanent basis.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience producing successful bids.
This is a fast-paced role where accuracy and attention to detail are paramount. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a highly successful organisation within their growing team.
Main duties of the Writer include:
- Ensure the company are registered on all appropriate platforms in order to receive bid notifications.
- Produce bids and deliver by set deadline.
- Ensure accuracy of all bids before final submission.
- Review outcome of bids and understand areas for improvement if applicable.
- Carry out research into individual clients.
To be considered for the role of Bid Writer, you will have:
- Experience within a Bid Writer position
- Proficient IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High levels of accuracy
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
You may also have experience in:
- Bid Manager
- Bid Supervisor
- Bid Specialist
- Tender Specialist
