German Speaking Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a multinational company based in Solihull.

We are looking for a professional and confident individual who will be working in a fast paced and challenging environment, where customer service skills are paramount.

Main Duties of the German Speaking Customer Service Advisor will include:

  • Making a large volume of calls to suppliers based in Germany and Austria
  • Resolving a range of queries in a timely manner
  • Responding to high volumes of incoming emails.
  • Updating multiple IT systems with customer information

To be considered for the role of the German Speaking Customer Service Advisor you will have:

  • Fluency in German (or a Germanic-based language)
  • An enthusiastic attitude with the ability to thrive in a pressurised environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high attention to detail
