Main Duties of the Recruitment Resourcer include:
- Contacting a variety of candidates and discussing career opportunities
- Arranging interviews and meetings
- Identifying skills to match with job vacancies
- Database and candidate management
- Networking and advertising job vacancies across social media
- Undertaking a range of administration tasks
- Producing and sending out mail shots and flyers
- placing ads and managing ad response
- Assisting in briefing candidates
To be considered for the role of Recruitment Resourcer you will have:
- An outgoing, hardworking and vibrant personality
- Previous experience of working in a high volume customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of candidates
- The ability to work accurately and to demanding deadlines
- A meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills (using Word, Excel and Outlook)
