Commercial Sales Coordinator
We are currently looking for a candidate that would be interested in a full time Commercial Sales Coordinator role to support the Sales Support Office paying £20,000 – £24,000 of our client based in Solihull. The ideal candidate would have experience within the retail head office, commercial or manufacturing industry. We are looking for somebody that would be able to problem solve, work collaboratively as a team and provide customer commitment.
Your role as a Commercial Sales Coordinator would include carrying out the following tasks:
- Process customer requests and coordinate orders
- Maintain an up to date log of all orders
- Update the team on order status and provide advice on any order changes or delays
- Provide regular updates for team meetings when requested
- Ensure quality delivery service is provided for all small orders and ensure standards are met
- Be aware of product knowledge in detail and ensure policies and procedures are carried out correctly and update management of any further training that’s required
