Customer Service Advisor

The main parts of the role as Customer Service Advisor will include:

  • Placing orders for vehicles.
  • Ensuring all orders are processed within SLA and followed through to ensure these deadlines are met.
  • Resolving order queries and system issues within a timely manner.
  • Speaking to providers to ensure stock of car is available and sourcing alternative vehicles for customers.
  • Answering email enquiries.
  • Supporting the wider team with other ad-hoc administrative work when required.

To be successful in this role of Customer Service Advisor you will need to have a happy and positive personality. You must enjoy giving excellent customer service and work well independently AND as part of a team.  You will need to have a fantastic attention for detail with strong Microsoft office skills and a good level of spelling a grammar.

This role of Customer Service Advisor will pay £18,500-21,000 per annum and offer free car parking, 24 days holiday PLUS bank holidays and other benefits.
