Customer Service Executive
We have an AMAZING JOB working as a Customer Service Executive for a leading organisation in their Customer Care team. The organisation does fantastic work and the team are brilliant! They all get on so well and the environment is professional yet very friendly.
What is the role?
This role is an out of hours Customer Service Executive role where you will be helping members of the public with any enquiries they may have.
To work as the Customer Service Executive, you will need to be a caring person who wants to make a difference and help someone on the other end of the telephone. The person on the other end of the phone could be upset or distressed so it is important that you have an empathetic nature, kind and helpful!

What will I be doing?
Day to day in this role you will be:
- Booking appointments
- Dealing with customer enquiries with a variety of questions over the telephone
- Offering post and pre-operative care where appropriate
- Dealing with complaints and queries
What experience would be useful to have in this role?
You will need to have experience working as a Customer Service Executive and or an Administrator. If you have experience working within a vets or doctors/hospital that would be great!
What hours will be working?
This is a full-time position Working 5 days including every other weekend. If you work a weekend you will receive two days off in the week. The hours of work are 2pm-10pm.
The annual salary is £19,000 per annum.
