Customer Service Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Executive to join a successful, fun and friendly home improvements company on a full time permanent basis.

This position offers the opportunity to grow with the company and lots of career progression opportunities. Ideally we are looking for candidates with customer service experience within the home improvements industry.

The main purpose of the role is to provide exceptional customer service to all customers from start to finish and ensure they have a positive experience.

Daily Duties Include:

  • Speaking to customers providing first class customer service over the telephone and being there as a point of contact throughout the whole order process.
  • Updating internal system
    Liaising with other departments
  • Handling website queries and telephone queries
  • Administration duties

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Be flexible and have a strong work ethic
  • Have a passion to make a difference
  • Good IT skills

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
