We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer who play a pivotal role in the identification and management of candidates seeking new job opportunities. The role requires a professional individual with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Main Duties of the recruitment Resourcer include:
- Searching for new candidates via direct adverts, job boards and social media
- Writing adverts to encourage applications
- Developing strong relationships with a range of candidates
- Registering candidates and assessing their suitability for roles
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Updating and maintaining a range of in-house databases
To be considered for the role of the Recruitment Resourcer you will have/be:
- A positive and energetic personality
- A passion for providing excellent customer service at all times
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook
- The ability to work in a close team environment
